About Me Welcome to my website. As a full time Associate Broker with Prudential Rand Realty, I specialize in connecting the buyer and seller by educating and representing my clients in all phases of real estate here in Rockland County. I stay current of all transactions in Rockland and I'm also very knowledgeable of the local schools. See my testimonials page for a sampling of satisfied buyers and sellers. Personal Before I begin, let me just say that this web-site is dedicated to the shop owners and residents of the Village of Nyack and all the residents of Rockland County. The fine people that live and work in these villages and make this part of the county the attraction that it is. This one's for you. A "real" estate web-site has to be fresh in order to be "real". These listings are as current as the MLS. I know, because I check everyday. If it's "SOLD", it's not there. If it's "LEASED", it will say so, if it's "UNDER CONTRACT" you will know that too. In today's world, our time is too valuable. Nobody wants to get the run-around. You don't want to look at a picture of a house that sold 6 months ago. A web-site should also be informative. It should contain vital information pertinent to the real estate transaction for both buyer and seller. It should have information that is current and gives value to the consumer. I believe I have accomplished that here. I work for the Number One real estate company in Rockland County that has captured the market share in both listings and sales year after year. I am a full-time Prudental-Rand Associate Broker. This is all I do. I live in Valley Cottage with my wife and son and have been a local resident of Rockland since 1956. With 25 years of sales experience in the real estate and housing/home improvement industry, I can answer all your questions. To all good people inhabiting the wonderful planet Earth: In the course of HUMAN events, in particular in the wonderful world of real estate transactions, issues arise. The key word is HUMAN. We all make mistakes both on the buyers side and the sellers side. Sometimes, it can be something as simple as an unintentional ommission by the seller or his agent or an error on the part of the buyer involving his financing or in the inspection/appraisal process. And yes, even attorney's make mistakes. We are all human. In all my years of negotiating with clients on both sides of the aisle, there is nothing that can't be overcome. It takes good listening skills and the ability to mediate the issues and bring a successful conclusion that benefits both parties in the transaction. A little give-and-take makes for happy endings and makes for good referrals. So remember, good citizens of Rockland County, this is your site.
